1. Q: When and where is the iElevate Conference?
   A: The iElevate Conference will be held Wednesday, June 26 to Sunday June 30th at the Marriott Atlanta Buckhead Hotel and Conference Center - 3405 Lenox Road, N.E., Atlanta, GA 30326. The opening night of the conference will be held at The Vision Cathedral of Atlanta, 704 Ormewood Ave., Atlanta, GA 30312.


2. Q: How can I register for the conference?
   A: To register for the iElevate Conference, please visit our website: iElevate.org and click on the "Register" button. Follow the instructions provided to complete your registration.

3. Q: Is there an early bird discount for registration?
   A: Yes, we offer early bird discounts for ONLY $99. This discounted rate is for those who register before April 1, 2024. Please check our website for more information on the discounted rates and deadlines.

4. Q: What is included in the conference registration fee?
   A: The conference registration fee includes access to all general sessions, master classes, breakout workshops, receptions, and conference materials. 

5. Q: Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the conference?

  • Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (not including processing fee) provided written notification is received any time before May 1, 2024.

  • A 50% refund is available for conference registration and/or workshop registration provided written notification is received between April 1, 2024.

  • No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2024. In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the conference leadership team following the conference.

  • All fees for special events (Black Tie Gala, etc.) are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests should be submitted in writing to ielevatestaff@gmail.com.

6. Q: Are there any discounted hotel rates for conference attendees?
   A: Yes, we have a special discounted rate of $139 per night at the Marriott Atlanta Buckhead hotel. The discounted rate can be accessed by clicking "Book Now" at iElevate.org.

7. Q: Will there be parking available at the conference venue?
   A: Yes, self parking is included in the hotel room rate. For locals who are not staying at the hotel, self parking is available for $22/day and valet is available for $40/day. The MARTA Buckhead Station is located 1 block from the host hotel.

8. Q: Can I bring a guest to the conference?
   A: The conference is open to registered attendees only. Guests will not be allowed to attend the sessions or workshops unless they have registered separately. All are welcome to attend our worship services on Wednesday night, Thursday night, and Sunday morning.

9. Q: Will there be Wi-Fi available at the conference venue?
   A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the conference venue.

10. Q: Can I request special dietary accommodations for meals provided during the conference?
    A: Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences. Please make sure to indicate your dietary needs during the registration process, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

11. Q: Can I volunteer at the conference?
    A: Yes, we welcome volunteers to assist during the conference. Please visit iElevate.organd fill out the volunteer application form to express your interest. Send request to ielevatestaff@gmail.com to receive the link. 


12. Q: Will there be a mobile app for the conference?
    A: Yes, we will provide a mobile app for the conference. It will contain the schedule, session details, speaker information, and other useful features to enhance your conference experience.

13. Q: Are there opportunities for sponsorship at the conference?
    A: Yes, we offer sponsorship packages for businesses and organizations. Please contact our sponsorship team through the iElevate.org website or email ielevatestaff@gmail.co, for more information.

16. Q. What is the attire?

  • The attire during the day sessions is business casual.

  • Wednesday Night: Bright colors/church attire

  • Thursday Night: Civic Attire (for clergy) or all black for lay members

  • Saturday Gospel Brunch: African Attire

  • Sunday Official Day Service: Class A/Full Choir Attire (for clergy) or church attire for lay member
